Mariobox terms and conditions:

For fastest service, all payments are made via PayPal and must be made in full before shipment. The shipping address must match the PayPal address. If the address does not match, you will be notified for correction. PayPal address must be listed as Confirmed by PayPal to avoid additional scrutiny. For fraud protection, all information provided will be cross referenced for consistency. Questionable information will be alerted and may include order cancellation. Some orders may be subject to confirmation, and will not be processed until sufficient communication has been established with the customer. Unregistered PayPal transactions will be subject to additional confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel questionable transactions at our discretion.

PO Boxes and FPO/APO are not allowed, sorry!

Phone numbers are required for shipping purposes and will only be used for this purpose. Phone numbers will be checked online for authenticity. Orders without correct phone numbers will not be accepted. Correct email addresses are required for proper order and tracking notification. Orders without valid email addresses will not be accepted.
Email notifications include order confirmation and shipping/tracking information. You are responsible to check and receive these emails prior to product delivery.
Any product or delivery questions must be made prior to ordering. You are responsible to read all product specifications and descriptions.
We strive to only list items actively in stock. If due to popularity an item becomes out of stock, you will be notified and offered an option to wait or accept a refund. We may also offer a suitable alternate item in certain cases.

Most items ship within 1-2 days of processing, and will take about 4-6 days international shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion. International holidays, natural disasters, or busy schedules may affect shipping times. Orders requiring confirmation will be delayed until requirements are met. Large orders may take additional time to process. All orders provide tracking numbers emailed when shipped. You are responsible to check these numbers to estimate remaining shipping time.
All orders require the recipient's signature prior to package release for your security and protection. Packages will not be left without authorization. If the recipient is not available at package delivery, a notice will be left at the door. Packages may be brought up to three (3) times before declared undeliverable and shipped back. You must make arrangements with the shipping company if you cannot be available for package delivery.
Overnight delivery, postal service (small order), or unsigned delivery is not available.
Certain items may be shipped separately from other items in a multiple item order. In this case, 2 or more tracking numbers may apply.
Large orders of one item may be limited to stock on hand. If a shortage exists, you will be notified of the delay in shipping time.
Some countries may charge a VAT or Import Duty fee prior to releasing the package. This is the responsibility of the recipient and is not charged nor paid by Mariobox.

You are responsible to inspect the package prior to signing for delivery. Any visible external damage must be reported as a claim to the shipping company. Once the package is signed for and received, it is your acceptance of the package and a claim can be harder to file. If upon opening the package you find internal damage, please contact us for reporting instructions. Please save all outer packaging for claim documentation.

It is the responsibility of the owner to review the product description, specifications, and included manual(s) to operate the product. While Marioxbox can attempt to answer questions about a product's operation, we normally do not have access to the ordered product and can offer limited assistance. Please locate an internet forum of similar products to answer remaining questions you may have. Some products may require the skills of a technician for installation.

We offer a 10-day return window starting the day of receipt of USA orders. You may return the product at your expense with all packaging and accessories within this time period. Refunds will be less original shipping. Authorization must be obtained from Mariobox prior to return. Products returned without authorization will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Product must be fully working and unmodified or flashed with no physical marks. Modified, damaged, opened cases, or custom-flashed firmware voids the warranty and product return availability. Items showing physical damage or misuse will not be honored.
Product returns after 10-days but before 12-months and all non-USA orders are covered under the manufacturer warranty period and may be returned for repair at your expense. The product will be repaired or replaced at supplier's discretion, and will be returned free of charge. Specific authorization and instructions are required for warranty return. Please contact Mariobox with your issue, and if it cannot be resolved, we will send instructions for returning the product to us. Pictures of the condition may be required to be sent to assist in the warranty process.
Batteries are subject to different usage requirements and are covered by a 30-day warranty only.
Accessories are subject to wear and tear and may be sourced locally for replacement from your local electronics store. In the case of specialty accessories, contact us for a possible replacement or spares for a fee.

If you have a problem with a product, please contact us first to resolve the problem. Many issues can be resolved without sending the product back. We can contact the distributor if we cannot find the answer locally.
You will be sent a feedback email from eCrater. Please provide a positive feedback for a successful purchase. Please contact us before leaving a neutral or negative feedback or PayPal dispute, as we are always ready to assist you where we can. We will not let a problem go unanswered.
